it was a short stay i had a little problem but they helped me right away and very kindly as much at reception as per message everything perfect for a stay in the center of Madrid well communicated and beautiful views of the terrace

Adolfo's apartment is very comfortable for one or two people. I had to work remotely for a few days and the WiFi connection worked perfect. Adolfo was aware of what I needed at all times. Yes they should note that it is 4 flights by stairs that must be climbed to get there.

Great location to access central Madrid, great rooftop terrace bar + food, staff were helpful in all areas. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a fantastic location and perfectly situated for all that central Madrid has to offer. The apartment overlooks the historic Plaza Mayor and whilst some noise can be heard at night, the double glazed windows do a good job in minimising any disturbance. The apartment itself is superbly appointed with all amenities including washer dryer and dishwasher. Also great to have detergent and dishwasher tablets available. Both beds are comfortable and we found the apartment to be clean and well presented. Access is easy with a lift available and the communal entrance door opens right on to Plaza Mayor. A great find and heating and cooling is easy with air conditioning provided. Highly recommended and we would happily stay again.

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

Perfect in all aspects : neighborhood, communication, decoration and confort … the only little problem we had was when you open all the electric things , the light goes off and you have to manually switch the thing back on. But the host warned us so it was fine. The solution is not to open the oven and washing machine and heater at the same time. Other than that honestly everything is good about this apartment.

I stayed here for a total of 3 months, in two different rooms. Everything I needed was available in the apartment. The 40-minute break of the air conditioner every 2 hours caused a bit of a problem when it was cold, but the room was heating up quickly when it was turned on. Everything was quite clean and comfortable. While the neighborhood was bad in terms of spending time, it was safe. It's very close to two metro lines, so I was able to easily get anywhere I wanted. The streets can be noisy at night, especially because there are bars nearby on the weekend, but this was no problem for me. Supermarkets like Lidl and Dia nearby, there are no problems with shopping. When you have an issue, you can reach Ramon quickly and help you with the issue. I felt very much at home and safe during my stay here. It's a small place for two people to stay, but I would definitely recommend it for a single person.

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.

Apartment with all the comforts and in good location, we stayed almost 2 months and we did not have any problems, Ramón always attentive to any situation, I would definitely recommend it!
