The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. Our loft is located in a beautiful and landscaped residential neighborhood of townhouses. It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, stores of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The subway is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.

The loft has a double room with dressing room suite mode, with a window that fills the space with light. Fully equipped and functional. The living room is very spacious, has a sofa bed, chaislelongue type. It has a fully equipped bathroom. Laundry room. A separate space for Office. Access to housing is independent.

Quiet, charming loft in the center of Madrid

My hideaway, it is a quiet loft since it does not face the street, it is very well designed and is very comfortable.It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is very central with a 24-hour supermarket and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas sites. If it is Sunday you can walk to the trail, which is spectacular, walking to museums, retirement park, Atocha station and metro at 20m. Fully defected after every exit. We HOPE

The loft apartment inspired by Mediterranean architecture is entirely white and consists of a master suite, a full bathroom and a living room with sofa bed with integrated mini kitchen. From the large front windows you can see the blue sky and pine trees on the outside that contrast with their white interior. In the background in the master bedroom, there are large windows that also illuminate the room. It has all the necessary comfort elements.
