Chueca, downtown Madrid. Small

Walking through the middle of Madrid. Very small and cozy apartment. It is distributed over 2 floors with very steep stairs, take special care when going up and down. The ceilings are low, 1.90 cm. For tall people it won't be very comfortable, I guess. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room, upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and desk, interior with 3 windows and the door (all glass) free TV (Netflix...) and 2 fans, it is a low and it is cool. Welcome and take care of it as if it were yours.

Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.
