Lovely one bedroom flat near Madrid city center. Walking distance from the main attractions: Puerta del Sol, Ópera, Callao. 5 minutes walking from Manzanares river and all you want if you are looking for a peaceful holiday right in the heart of Madrid. The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.

This is my beautiful studio apartment; when it's not on Airbnb, I live here. So it's a real home with everything you need for your comfort. It's not a soulless space repurposed for tourist use. Very quiet despite its fantastic location in the historic center of Madrid. My apartment is in a listed building from 1890, on a pedestrian and tree-lined street in Madrid de los Austrias: area where the royal court lived, during the almost two centuries that the Habsburg dynasty lasted in Spain.
