Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a sea view with in particular the island of Ebihens and Cape Frehel . Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 min from ST Malo and DINAN, 15 min from Dinard and 3 min from Saint-Briac.
