Independent studio in a detached house, private terrace and parking, quiet area, near a 15th century windmill, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, the GR 34 and the village of our seaside village. Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

In the morning, swim on the beach while it's still empty. In the late afternoon, watch the kites dance around a griddle. For families, the children can go to the beach without going through the road; you can watch them from the garden. The yacht club is just around the corner. Couples enjoy the sunsets from the bedroom.
