South-facing, at the end of a cul-de-sac, calm and tranquillity guaranteed. Linen is not provided. You are responsible for cleaning.

Small townhouse with no outside area, about 40 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the town of Dinard, 100 meters from several very beautiful beaches and a magnificent hiking trail... (the Sentier des Douaniers)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
