Independent studio in a detached house, private terrace and parking, quiet area, near a 15th century windmill, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, the GR 34 and the village of our seaside village. Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

You will be ideally located at the crossroads between the large beach of Saint-Sieu located 600 m away and the town center. The location is ideal for doing everything on foot and enjoying this beautiful corner of Brittany. The house offers great comfort. The house is 900 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center and its shops, all within walking distance. On the ground floor, the living room and upstairs, 2 bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioning system and a private shower room (toilet, sink and shower).

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
