Great place great host!!

Really enjoyed our stay and can’t fault anything! Sue was very helpful and communicative. Check in was easy, the door has an electric lock so you just need a code to open. The place itself is lovely, extremely clean, the bathroom and shower were so nice! The kitchen is fully stocked, you’ll just need to bring your cold stuff (milk etc). We really enjoyed the location, it’s nice and quiet as it’s just outside of the main Brighton centre (about a 15 mins walk), it’s a few mins walk to the sea front and loads of great cafes nearby (we enjoyed Meo and FIKA!).

We had a wonderful stay at Ellie’s apartment in Brighton. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was cosy, well-equipped, and located in a lovely neighbourhood. It really felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I had a great time and are very grateful for such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had a great stay - location was fabulous and the apartment was newly renovated, and very clean. Overall, considering how centeral it was , it was much quieter than I expected (and compared to previous places). it was also more spacious than you can see in the picture. The only thing that through me was the floors and rooms are not marked so I had to ask but there was cleaning staff onsite, and the host is very responsive so had no troubles.

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Jennifer’s place was super clean, quiet and peaceful. Just what I needed and Jennifer even went the extra mile when I left some of my stuff and posted them to me x I would not hesitate to stay again

This is in a quirky “bohemian” neighbourhood. Really enjoyed that. The flat privacy was a bit compromised by the builders on the scaffolding - but I knew that so kept the blinds shut firmly in the morning- they were cheerful guys who offered to help me a couple of times! Good location to walk along the seafront to the Pier. It is small - but that was fine for just me! Everything I needed for my stay and Emma was very helpful with any queries. Can recommend the Al Forno restaurant nearby - for a dine in pizza!

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Laura was so helpful to us following g our original Holiday being double booked. My daughters and I were so thankful for a lovely, clean and quiet place to stay. Very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Planning to stay again very soon.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Mary’s comfortable, nicely furnished, well-equipped, lovely seaview apartment. The location at the eastern, quieter end of Kemptown was perfect for us—within steps of a fabulous natural grocer, a wonderful bakery, and three excellent coffee shops; just above the Sea Lanes and Black Box Sauna on the beach; and, if you take a few more steps, within short range of numerous excellent restaurants and pubs and the Undercliff Path. All of Brighton is easily accessible from here—either on foot or by bus (they regularly run along the seafront). The beds were very comfortable, the shower was good, and the washer/dryer combo did the job. The building is quiet and well-maintained. I would hope to stay here again on future trips to Brighton.

I use Airbnb allot, personally and professionally. I could not get into the hotel I was meant to be at for two nights so ended up here. I’m so sad that I did not then stay two nights. For working, the conservatory was lovely. Do not do a beach front hotel if you can stay here

Absolutely amazing apartment! So beautiful with such great location, easy to get to the beach & any restaurants/bars/ clubs you may want to go to! Easy to get in and out, no need to worry about forgetting a key which is always handy. Would be a great space for couples or friends and could not recommend this beautiful space enough!! Cabs are also easy to pick up & drop off, only downside is no parking, £50 for an overnight-afternoon stay in the closest car park which was a 10 minute walk away. Parking on the street is permits only until 8pm. May be easier to get a train rather than drive.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. You were a fantastic host – very responsive and friendly. Thank you, and we would definitely stay again sometime

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Lovely place to stay, we had a great time.

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy access into town either walking or by bus stop just outside. Would recommended it as a place to stay and explore Brighton and the beautiful surrounding countryside too if that's your thing.

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.
