House holiday rentals in Kemptown

This is the second time we have stayed at Corrina’s holiday home and once again we found it to be squeaky clean, very well equipped, peaceful and a great location. The garden is home to a family of foxes, who were so confident, that they sunbathed on the lawn whilst we were sitting on the veranda. Corrina made us aware of check in details in very good time and left a number just in case we needed assistance, which I’m happy to say we didn’t need. The surrounding area is so lush and green, this time of year, and there is always plenty of interesting things to do nearby. We will visit again next year, but hopefully for longer this time. Thank you.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

A beautiful house in a lovely location. Fresh air holidays were quick with all communications and very helpful when i had questions. This house had everything we needed and was fabulous for a family break for 9 of us

This house was absolutely beautiful. I came to stay in Brighton with my mum, sister and 2 daughters, The house was gorgeous, better than the photos! Would definitely stay here again! 5⭐️

The house was amazing for a family of 12 , spacious everyone had their own privacy , the 3 bathrooms really helped . Location was amazing walking distance to the sights of Brighton . We did bring our one television so we had movie nights and games nights . We did report some off the knobs on the cooker wasn’t working and hazel did offer to get them fixed whilst we was there however we didn’t really need them but the response time was really fast we even asked for a late check out which hazel accommodated only thing I would recommend is probably getting a bell for the front door as a couple of times when we ordered due to the living area being on the ground the signal sometimes the signal was bad so the delivery drivers was unable to get through to us apart from that no complaints . I would recommend this property if ever you are a big group visiting Brighton

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

Fabulous house, nice location to mooch into town through Kemptown or down to the beach. Kate was a very helpful and communicative host and we had an all round great stay!

Joanne was very quick with replies and the communication was always very friendly and helpfull. The accommodation was clean, cozy and very lovely. It is in a nice and quite neighbourhood in an buzzling and very colourfull city, full of good vibes. We travelled with kids and the accommodation was perfect for that. The small „garden“ was a nice place to hang out. A nice place to be. Thank you! Hope we will be back.

Clare's apartment is more of a small house that offers a lot of space for three people. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, the two terraces are sunny both in the morning and in the afternoon. Everything is wonderfully green, the room on the 2nd floor offers a wonderful view of the countryside. Even fresh flowers were everywhere when we arrived. Lewes is a very pretty town 10 minutes away with cafes, a castle and nice shops. Full recommendation for Clare's accommodation!

I had a lovely time staying at Leo's Place. I always appreciate it when there's an instruction manual and thought it was a nice touch that Anthony had added recommendations of local places. I visited Starfish and Coffee for brunch and can definitely recommend. Leo's Place was nice and clean and had a lovely homely and peaceful vibe. The street was quiet and I felt really safe there. The location was good and was well serviced by buses, very quick and easy to get to Central Brighton. It felt like there was a nice bonus of a little park (Queens Park) just a short walk away. So, I got to enjoy both seaside and park walks.

Benjamin’s house is extremely convenient. It is a spacious house whilst being very cozy. It’s equipped with everything you need which was great for travelling with a family. The house is perfectly located, close to everything including train station without feeling too busy as the house is quietly tucked away. Benjamin was a great host and I highly recommend this airbnb.

Had a wonderful stay here on our first visit to Brighton. Tim was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. Location was perfect for walking into town and exploring everything Brighton has to offer. Tim left clear instructions for check in and was very accomodating throughout our stay. I will be recommending this place to anyone who wants to stay in beautiful Brighton!

We loved our time in the 8 Queens Garden: lovely furnishings, excellent kitchen, very nice beds with hotel linens, great shower, all with a sweet private interior court "yard." Coffee, a pint, and the shops of the North Laines just around the corner.

Siobhan was very helpful with instructions on how to park, and how to get in to the property. She also kindly let us check out a bit later, which was very good of her. The place was very clean and convenient for getting in to town. Many thanks.
