The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

Spend your time in Brighton in the heart of Kemptown moments from the beach. With the centre of town minutes away you can enjoy plenty of pubs, grub and amenities on your doorstep. The accommodation is a private self contained flat perfect for a city getaway or more long term stay. PLEASE NOTE there will be scaffolding erected to the exterior of this property from the 28th of April for 12 weeks to focus on external plastering. There will be no disruption to the interior of the building.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
