Hello, my place is located in a very quiet street 5 minutes walk from the station of Clapham Common, it takes around 20minutes to get to the centre. The flat was refurbished to a high stardard; It offers an open plan kitchen / living room area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double room (Uk double bed 140x 190cm). I live between London and Italy and I stay at my flat part time. The place is on the ground floor , there’s a cute garden at the back which you could enjoy on sunny days!

Central London is only a few stops away (via “Clapham North” tube station 2 min walk) and overground train station for airport. Next to cafes, bars, restaurants, a huge park 5 minutes walk and a large, welcoming LGBT community 🏳️‍🌈. Apt has private balcony, 85” TV, luxury sofa, 2 bedrooms, luxury bedding and a boutique hotel vibe. Check in and out times are very flexible on request.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.
