Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £6.80 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods even during this pandemic.

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We are a dog friendly house (for well behaved pooches) and only a few minutes walk to beaches that are accessible for dogs all year round.
