Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. Set in a traditional equestrian yard, this self-contained purpose-built barn, is set on a farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to explore and get in touch with nature . The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
