If I could give this idyllically- situated, super comfortable and well-presented flat more than 5 stars, I would. I fell in love with the view out to sea from the living area and confess to spending much time reclining on the comfy sofa and enjoying it. Visiting from my home in Australia for 2 weeks, I wanted somewhere I could really enjoy and feel at home in and this flat provided that easily - I didn’t want to leave! The flat is stylish, well equipped and pristine. It is fantastically located for supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, the seafront attractions and main pier, and walkable to all - including the the Lanes, the Pavilion, the rail station and more. My daughter joined me for a few days and loved it as much as I did. Both beds are super-comfy. Joe was wonderful as a responsive and communicative host. There were no issues. I’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you Joe.

We had a lovely visit to Brighton staying in Caroline’s place. Such a lovely outside area and great location. Really close to the beach and centre of town. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and bright living room. Very clean and tasteful decor. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely flat & in a quiet location but easy to walk to everywhere. ( a few hills here & there 😊). Perfect stay for a family wedding which was on the bandstand on the promenade. Would recommend 😊

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What a wonderful gem of a place. The photos of the apartment almost don’t do it justice! It really exceeded our expectations in terms of how nice it looked and how spacious it was, and also how spotlessly clean it was. The hosts really have thought of everything, and they were so kind going above and beyond leaving our 18 month old not only a high chair but also boxes of toys and a book for her to play with which was a godsend! We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to friends. I hope we can visit again one day! Location is perfect too, and even the rain couldn’t dampen our enjoyment.

Had an amazing time, very nice place with lots close by. The sea front outside the property is buzzing with only a two minute walk to the actual beach. Lots of places to run and spaces for workouts with more facilities being built. Thank you to Simon and Sansan for being very helpful, anything I asked was answered almost immediately. A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Had a great stay - location was fabulous and the apartment was newly renovated, and very clean. Overall, considering how centeral it was , it was much quieter than I expected (and compared to previous places). it was also more spacious than you can see in the picture. The only thing that through me was the floors and rooms are not marked so I had to ask but there was cleaning staff onsite, and the host is very responsive so had no troubles.

Absolutely amazing apartment! So beautiful with such great location, easy to get to the beach & any restaurants/bars/ clubs you may want to go to! Easy to get in and out, no need to worry about forgetting a key which is always handy. Would be a great space for couples or friends and could not recommend this beautiful space enough!! Cabs are also easy to pick up & drop off, only downside is no parking, £50 for an overnight-afternoon stay in the closest car park which was a 10 minute walk away. Parking on the street is permits only until 8pm. May be easier to get a train rather than drive.

My wife and i had a fantastic 6 days in the apartment. It was incredibly calm, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts left us to our own devices but were available and responded as needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, better than many hotels, and everything just worked as you needed it. As an example, the shower was just instant hot water, straight away. No silly fiddling with temperature taps etc that normally happens, it just all worked. Apologies Tony we left a chicken in the fridge when we left. Hopefully you cooked it and gave it to Mollie. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

We highly recommend Karen’s lovely flat! Beautifully decorated, spacious, stylish and very well located. Lots of lovely nice cafes and pubs/bars - perfect for a visit to Brighton/Hove. Karen was very helpful and provided good recommendations :)

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy access into town either walking or by bus stop just outside. Would recommended it as a place to stay and explore Brighton and the beautiful surrounding countryside too if that's your thing.

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.
