Beachfront holiday rental in Brighton and Hove

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Well-deserved 5 stars. Will ensures that his guests have a comfortable stay in his apartment, with nothing to miss and some thoughtful additions, e.g. good window blinds in the bedroom to keep out the early morning sun. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Getting to the beach or the shopping area by foot takes probably less than 10 minutes, but still with the benefit of being in a quieter area - perfect!

Fantastic place to stay & Siobhan is lovely and very helpful. Lovely area, nice & quiet. Yet close to the pier (15 mins) and you can walk to central Brighton in 20 mins. The bed is very comfortable too! Lovely personal touches. We would highly recommend!

Great home right in the centre of Brighton! A 5 minute walk to the Lanes and a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Amazing place and lots of amazing view from where we stayed. Loved the cliff nearby that was short walking distance. Definately will go back

Firstly an incredible host. Always proactive, always helpful. Simply the best. A lovely house for our family in a great location in which to enjoy hove and Brighton.

Fantastic what the hosts have done with the tiny box, modern looking & everything you need - Great location in the middle of the marina - lots of activities bars & restaurants & just a short walk or bus ride into Brighton city centre - very enjoyable 3 night stay & would recommend We will be back to the marina for another get away in the future Many thanks Steve & Jade

A beautiful, light, spacious apartment in an excellent location. So many thoughtful details in the flat made it an extra special place to stay. Great recommendations for local eateries/bars, and such a lovely place to spend time ‘at home’, relaxing, cooking and enjoying a cold glass or two of fizz! Amazing location on the sea front. A really spacious, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. Really helpful host, thank you! Complimentary eye masks provided for bedrooms which is definitely needed. Well equipped and very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s apartment. Fantastic location with sea views. A stone throw from the waterfront. Beautiful Regency apartment with high ceilings, stylishly decorated with beautiful antique furniture and an eclectic collection of art pieces. Very clean apartment with all the amenities and comfortable beds, perfect for 3 guest. Laura & Thoby communicated very well and were helpful and very flexible with arrival and departure time. We very much enjoyed our stay at their flat and would highly recommend a stay at their flat.

Lovely hosts who were really responsive and friendly when we greeted on arrival! Property is in a fabulous location on the seafront and is very walkable with good public transport links into Brighton centre if you need. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)
