800 meters from the ferry, this house is a gem: built in the 1970s in the shade of a century-old mango tree, with double brick walls and an ipe wood mezzanine. It is all renovated to welcome travelers seeking comfort in the midst of nature! Air-conditioned and with an equipped kitchen, it has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites. It has three large bathrooms. The living room has a Smart TV and the pantry has six seats at the pink peroba table. Outside, there is a barbecue, stove and wood-burning oven, dining table, hammock and a washbasin.

New house steps from the beach, ocean view Ilhabela

On the site founded in 1947 by our grandfather, we have just renovated and furnished the house, which is steps from the blue water beach. In the garden, the sounds of toucans and parrots, and the commotion of squirrels invite us to the post-beach shower. 3 bedrooms with full bathroom (splits, Wi-Fi, fan) connect with the living room, with sofa-futons. The equipped kitchen and barbecue in the yard have tables for six, in addition to the hammock under the trees and the umbrella on the raised deck, from where you can see the sun set in the sea.

A spacious external area features a light brown hammock strung between two posts. Lush greenery surrounds the home, with large windows revealing a cozy interior and providing views of the garden. A soft color palette of greens and neutral tones enhances the tranquil ambiance.

Private and cozy house! 650m from the ferry!

The house is comfortable, nice and cozy! House in an excellent location! (3 blocks from the main Avenue). It is 650 meters from the ferry. You'll have quick access to the southern beaches, as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + one lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared). The space has access on the side of the house, gate and a parking space!
