Chalet with infrastructure within the city, in the backyard there is a waterfall where you can contemplate trees and observe birds and some wild animals. The chalet is made of rustic reforestation wood with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils, bathroom, bedroom with air conditioning and cable TV, Wi-Fi. The chalet is 3 km from the ferry, all flat and paved. The nearest beach is Perequê, where the commercial center, bank, pharmacy, market are located.

There is a counter in the larger room that delimits the kitchen space. In this room there is also a double bed and a bunk bed (the double bed can be exchanged for another bunk bed), a table with two chairs, a sofa, a TV, an air conditioner and two cabinets (built into the wall).
