Our property is a small farm surrounded by nature, where our house is located. We have a privileged view of the sea It sleeps 2 people. We have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a minibar and a cooktop. We are 300 meters from the beach of Ilha das Cabras. We do not allow loud noise or barbecues. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 1 p.m., and may be adjustable, subject to availability. We have stairs to climb.

This suite is not allowed small to large pets perfect for couples seeking comfort in an excellent cost benefit including a beautiful sea view! There is an area shared with another apartment,(Heliconia suite) the ipê suite overlooks the Heliconia suite, with a living room and a cup for the preparation of breakfast and small snacks. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool , fitness room and kitchen next to the pool that is for guests' collective use.

The street is quiet and allows you to park safely. The house has only two parking spaces in the parking lot, the use is on a first-come, first-served basis.
