Positioned in the slope of the hill, with total sight for the sea, in the middle of the forest, the house is enclosed of nature. Birds, trees, squirrels (caxinguelês), are the neighbors. In full Bag of the Chapel, in a cul-de-sac, the access is for staircase or with a private funicular (inclined plan). Going to the north, it`s about 5 minutes on foot to the Town (approx. 500 m), with his historical center, restaurants, bars, shops, events, exhibitions, bookstore and services. Gorgeous Site on the Beach with Waterfalls!! House with 5 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, American kitchen, Large living room, Mezzanine and Balcony with screen all around. The perfect place to enjoy the beach by day and rest in a place with noises of water to sleep! We are 5 kilometers, 7 minutes by car, from the beach of Enseada de São Sebastião and 12 minutes from Cigarras beach. We are in a valley, with 2 Rivers, it is a humid region not recommended for someone who has Rhinitis or respiratory allergies.

Pleasant house amidst the nature of Ilhabela

House located on the top of the hill overlooking the mountains. Surrounded by nature's greenery, in which we often see beautiful birds such as the blood Tiê-sanggue and Tucano. The house is airy and bright, surrounded by windows and doors, which allow for good ventilation, has a delicious balcony with hammocks for relaxing and a large garden with coconut trees. It contains an outdoor table for breakfast amidst nature. The house has access through 2 vehicle gates, containing a total of 5 parking spaces.
