Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned rooms, with bed and bath linens, two suites. The kitchen is complete with microwaves, appliances and all utensils. The room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have wifi, parking, washer, balcony, barbecue, shower and sea view. We are in the south of Ilhabela, 20 minutes by car from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 m from the charming Praia das Conchas. We are a condominium of only three independent and unbeatable houses surrounded by a lot of vegetation and a wonderful sea view. An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe.
