Our house is bright, airy and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house has a stunning view, but it is located on top of a hill in the historic center of Ilhabela, in Vila, which makes it possible to have a view of the center, Ilhabela Yacht Club and the São Sebastião canal. The climb is very steep to reach the house. However, it is approximately 5 minutes by car from the historic center, restaurant, market, pharmacy, bank and beach of the village and saco da capela.
