The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

Charming house located in a noble region of the island, in the neighborhood of Feiticeira Beach, one of the most popular in the south of the island. It has 4 en-suites with large bathrooms, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Full kitchen with indoor barbecue, dining room, living room and games room with a large balcony that gives access to the garden and pool. Laundry room with tank and machine. The house is all walled with complete privacy.

The physical space on offer can be classified as having characteristics of an apartment of the kitchenette type, two rooms (bedroom-living kitchen, and a bathroom). There is a counter in the larger room that delimits the kitchen space. In this room there is also a double bed and a bunk bed (the double bed can be exchanged for another bunk bed), a table with two chairs, a sofa, a TV, an air conditioner and two cabinets (built into the wall).
