800 meters from the ferry, this house is a gem: built in the 1970s in the shade of a century-old mango tree, with double brick walls and an ipe wood mezzanine. It is all renovated to welcome travelers seeking comfort in the midst of nature! Air-conditioned and with an equipped kitchen, it has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites. It has three large bathrooms. The living room has a Smart TV and the pantry has six seats at the pink peroba table. Outside, there is a barbecue, stove and wood-burning oven, dining table, hammock and a washbasin.

In 15 minutes you will be at a private pier in Ponta das Canas, north of the island. By land, it is 30 minutes from the ferry. Covered garage for two cars. Exclusivity, privacy and tranquility. 4 suites with ocean views, air conditioning and fan, living rooms and balcony, water sports structure. Boat not included in the rental.

Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house was built with great affection and care, and we will be very happy to provide you with an excellent stay!
