Holiday rentals with a patio in Höllviken

Ett riktigt mysigt boende! Mannen och jag trivdes gott med en härligt skön säng (något hård för mig men utmärkt för honom) och fluffiga, mjuka sängkläder så vi sov så gott. I hallen när man kommer in, finns även mikro, vattenkokare och en kyl med frysfack - perfekt för frukost och enkel middag på resande fot. Även kaffe, te och lite annat finns att använda. Vi hade med en kylväska för maten och kylklamparna fick plats utan problem i frysfacket. Vi var där i december för att hälsa på familj, under sommarhalvåret kan man verkligen njuta av omgivningarna och närheten till havet, så vi kommer gärna tillbaka till sommaren :) Det är enkelt att hitta och Annas instruktioner är enkla att följa. Man parkerar utanför häcken som syns väl när man kommer körande. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!

Die Unterkunft bietet sich sehr gut an, wenn man nicht zentral in Malmö übernachten möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 25 Minuten sowohl in Malmö als auch in Lund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; alles ist sauber, modern und neu. Charlie und Johanna sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und total freundlich! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiter.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt fantastisch: durch einen kleinen Spaziergang in der Natur erreicht man in 10 Minuten den Strand und den Hafen von Skanör mit viele Restaurants. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit einem guten Sortiment sind ebenfalls zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Mats war sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und extrem schnell (innerhalb von Sekunden!). Mats ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Man bekommt ein Gästebuch mit viele praktische Tipps und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Somit braucht man keinen Reiseführer zu kaufen :) Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Unser Sohn hat die vorhandene Gesellschaftspiele sehr geschätzt. Ich kann diese Wohnung empfehlen und danke Mats, dass wir seine Gäste sein durften.

Great apartment, high standard of refurbishment, cleanliness and decor. The host was very responsive and friendly and helpful. Lots of space. One bedroom could have more storage if possible, but for a weekend break it was fine. Bathroom and kitchens had fantastic high end products, which makes travelling for a weekend so much easier as you don’t have to bring/ buy all those items. Within walking distance of everything and next to the main station. Thank you for letting us stay in your property, we loved our time in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden, in ruhiger Wohngegend gelegen. Gut zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Strand in Laufweite. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wat een fijn verblijf! We waren positief verrast. Een fijne plek om te verblijven, schoon en ruim! Eigenaren zijn super aardig en reageren snel. Ideaal voor op doorreis. We komen hier zeker nog is terug!

Nasek is a lovely host and has put together a beautiful apartment. It is a bit outside of the city but very well-connected via public transport 😊

My husband, our 2 Labrador dogs, and I stayed at Josefin's and Christoffer's beautiful guesthouse. The cabin is clean, has all the amenities needed and is very cozy. The beautiful decorations made us feel right at home. We enjoyed walking the dogs at the dog beach near by and through the grass/forest areas around the guesthouse. The bicycles are a great plus because you are in 10 min. at the beach and restaurants.

Für alle, die eine ruhige Lage und den unbeeinflussten Blick aufs Meer schätzen, ist das perfekt. Das Haus ist bestens für 4 Personen geeignet, die miteinander unterwegs sind, weil sie auch gemeinsam das Haus beleben möchten. Wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken, am Nachmittag mit Blick aufs Meer zu ruhen und am Abend mit Blick aufs Meer einen Rotwein zu trinken.

Harald is so kind and responsive, and was super flexible with us and our specific travel needs re:checkin times. The place is beautiful and the area very lovely ❤️ overall, we all agreed we would love to come back!

In short, it's a calm and lovely place! The countryside is authentic and charming, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. My family and I felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, with a large kitchen and two bedrooms featuring comfy beds. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It's close to the seaside (with great views) and serves as a perfect starting point for various car trips. This part of Sweden is stunning. We can definitely recommend it for a short visit or even a longer (holiday) stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Vi havde booket Elisas bolig i en forlænget weekend og det levede op til vores forventninger. Elisa svarede hele tiden hurtigt ved eventuelle spørgsmål inden opholdet, og svarede hurtigt hvis vi havde spørgsmål omkring boligen efter indtjekning. Our entire stay was positive. The rental was perfect. The house met all our needs and we even enjoyed the garden. The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the train. 30 minute walk to the gardens and castle. Kicki has bicycles available which was a huge plus. Kicki and Elizabeth were excellent hosts. If planning a trip to Malmo or even Copenhagen (30 minutes by train) I highly recommend this property. Thank you Kicki and Elizabeth!!

Sehr schönes, stilvoll und vor allem top gepflegtes kleines Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Håkan hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus sowie den Gastgeber besten Gewissens weiter.

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic central location near Subway and bus services. Spacious and clean and very homely. Our host Mads was fantastic - friendly and responsive. Meeting Mads on arrival was great as we had a personal tour of the apartment and great restaurant recommendations. On arrival milk in fridge with butter and all herbs and spices for cooking. All in all an excellent stay.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Emma‘s apartment is very cozy and bright. We felt right at home! You can reach the airport and the city centre equally quick, the metro is super close. Emma is very nice, communicates proactive with clear instructions for the check-in and gave us great tips on brunch spots in the area. Definitely recommend staying here :)

El departamento es perfecto ! Gran ubicacion, el Espacio amplio, impecable, con todo lo necesario, es exactamente como se ve en las fotos . We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad hier! De ruimte is echt prachtig, overal stonden verse bloemen en alles was mooi en schoon. Ook de bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Camilla communiceert erg snel en is erg behulpzaam! Enige opmerking is dat ik het prettig had gevonden om te weten dat er ook eigen spullen aanwezig zijn in de ruimte. Voor ons geen probleem maar wel goed om te weten bij het boeken. Heel erg bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen Camilla en Stephan en het fijne contact. Wie weet tot snel! 🫶🏼🍓🇩🇰🥨

Steffen ist wohlverdienter Superhost. Er hat sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert, hatte gute Tips für Ausflüge und pflegt die Wohnung sehr gut. Besonders erwähnenswert; alles Wesentliche steht zur Verfügung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc), so dass man eigentlich wie in einen Hotelurlaub fährt. Die restliche Ausstattung ist hoch qualitativ, Kaffeeautomat, Induktionsherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sind tadellos. Steffen hat sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sehr gekümmert, ein echt lieber Kerl dem seine Aktivität auf Airbnb sichtlich Spaß macht. Zu guter Letzt, in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) ist ein Lidl und die Station der Linie B, mit der man in 20 min downtown im Metrobereich ist. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man bei gemütlicher Fahrt rund 30 min. In der anderen Richtung kommt an in 1km an einen netten See, perfekt zum Laufen oder Schlendern. Das neue Projekt "Sommerhaus" wird bestimmt ein ebenso guter Geheimtip.
