Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Modern semi-detached house decorated in boutique style, landscaped garden, temperate saltwater pool with nearby sauna for relaxing and swimming under the pool roof both in the evening or when it rains. Enjoy relaxing in beautiful surroundings with pine trees and sea breezes, barbecue or enjoy good food in nearby restaurants and pleasant evening walks along the beach.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Near the beach in Kämpinge

Liten lägenhet som utgör husets ovanvåning. På 5 min når man Kämpingestranden. På sommaren sköna bad och annars härliga promenader utmed Östersjön. Kämpinge ligger 15 min bilväg från Trelleborg och 20 min från Malmö. Också buss till Svågertorp där förbindelse finns till Köpenhamn. Angett pris avser 1 person. Vid 2 personer tillkommer 225kr/natt. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. Close to Kämpinge/Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo/Malmö/Trelleborg/Copenhagen
