A welcoming cottage with a newly refurbished kitchen, 2 fire places, 2 full bedrooms, 1 small bedroom & a fenced garden with a secluded outdoor dining area. The cottage is well located in the middle of Höllviken with less then 10 min walking distance to the beach, and about 15 minutes walk to the center with shops, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. This is a great location to explore more of the surroundings with quick and easy access to Skanör/Falsterbo, Malmö and Copenhagen. Welcome!

Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

A secluded gem in the back garden of our property, completed in the summer of 2023. Within walking distance to a grocery store, bus, restaurant, local bakery, golf course and a personal favourite - one of the most beautiful beaches with great swimming opportunities. A nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach. A place with a big heart.
