We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

In the heather forest in Ljunghusen, close to swimming and sandy beach, these 2 newly built guesthouses are in a modern and fresh style. One house is 35 sqm and has a kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa and dining area for 4 and a sleeping loft (140 cm). The second house has a double bed (160 cm) and good storage spaces as well as a small laundry room. Here you live bright and nice with a large lovely south-facing terrace with walking distance to bus, bakery, restaurants and convenience store.

The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
