This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 m. A simple log house built new in 2022, with a strong scent of wood. You can discover many beautiful views in a 10-minute walk. Please be sure to take a look at Mt. Iizuna from Lake Daiza-Hoshi. It's about a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also get here by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also an ideal base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you would like to visit a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to Tengu no Yakata on Lake Reisenji. For a large public bath, Asobiba is about 5 minutes away by car. There is a discount on the bath fee. We lend out a projector and screen free of charge. Play games or have a screening party on the big screen. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, a campfire, or a tent sauna. Since it is a mountain forest, there are insects, but we carefully control insects in the guest house. Please understand if they enter during your stay. If you are not good with insects, etc., I think you will have a little resistance, so please book with that in mind. In winter, it gets below freezing around here. Please note that the heating facilities in this guest house are mainly kerosene stoves and kerosene fan heaters. We also have electric appliances, but if you use too much, the safety device will work (smart meter) and the electricity in the house will flash, so please do not use a lot of electric appliances at once. An earth leakage meter is also installed. It is also close to sightseeing spots such as Togakushi Shrine, and is a great base for sightseeing. Forest Village, located in Daiza Hosshoike, about 10 minutes by car, has a zipline and field athletics. There is also a horse riding club nearby, where you can enjoy horse riding. Adjacent to the inn is the owner-operated farm "Mamayu Farm Togakushi", where you can experience harvesting. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
