The island kitchen is equipped with basic condiments and cooking utensils. Bring in seasonal ingredients purchased from local shops to create a table for everyone. [Architecture close to the forest] The name MOSS comes from the moss that quietly nestles in the forest. The multi-faceted shape inspired by the tree's stains passes the rain and wind, and the elevated flooring on eight thin piles is designed so as not to cut the wood and damage the soil or roots. [Time to gather and talk about a bonfire] You can enjoy a bonfire while surrounded by nature.

Become a part of Micasa Coffee

◎ The entire property is rented out, but the price varies depending on the number of guests staying. Please read through all of the following and confirm the details of the facility before booking◎ ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー [About Misa Coffee Hanare] Misa Coffee, which roasts its own coffee, quietly started in 2008 on a plateau at an altitude of about 1,000 m. Nowadays, it has gained popularity as a secluded, hidden-away cafe with its carefully roasted coffee beans. The separate building, "Misa Coffee Hanare", has the same concept as Misa Coffee. We also self-built a sustainable building with minimal environmental, social, and economic impact. In spring, the golden colour of the rapeseed blossoms awakens. In summer, you can relax in the sunlight filtering through the green leaves of the larch forest. In autumn, the white flowers of buckwheat cover the entire plateau. In winter, the sky is full of stars, and the next morning you can also see diamond dust. You can enjoy the changing seasons of nature through the large windows.
