When you return to the accommodation, relax in the two types of sauna and the water bath. Please enjoy a quiet time in the countryside while relaxing in a warm room at night. It is a private building that can accommodate up to 12 people, but it is also recommended for couples and small groups. There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, making it comfortable for stays of 3 nights or more. Every day, I go to a different place, such as Hakuba, Matsumoto, Narai-juku, Togakushi, Azumino, Omachi, and even Hida-Takayama. In the evening, I return to the same accommodation and relieve my fatigue in the sauna. Please use it as a base for a leisurely trip around Nagano. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.Please consult with us in advance for 5 or more people. Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery, and the forest where the stream flows.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see small birds, squirrels, and raccoons, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. They can understand everyday English conversation.During the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and you can also enjoy a barbecue in the gazebo in the garden.The garden is also large, so you can enjoy a short walk.Iiyama's specialty product is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
