You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you want to go to a hot spring, Tengunokan at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

This is a stylish log cabin located in a pristine wooded area at an altitude of 1,300 meters (4,265 feet) in Iizuna, Nagano. The home is the perfect retreat for couples, families or small groups. It features a wood burning stove, large TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo, leather chairs, and full kitchen. Enjoy hiking, skiing, BBQ, golf or hot spring onsen baths in the area. The home is approximately a 20-minute drive from Nagano Station on the JR Hokuriko Shinkansen bullet train and Shinano Railway.

The unique experience at the former Japanese traditional Kimono shop(about 97years old house). This family-friendly and the newly renovated house is located in the very traditional district and the calm but convenience area in Nagano city. The house is authentic and unique as it was a traditional Japanese clothing (Kimono) shop before. You would feel like your own home away from home. 5 minutes walk to the Zenkoji temple and 4 minutes to the bus stop for Togakushi national park.

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
