Holiday rentals with lake access in Gothenburg

This was the second time we came here and it was just as perfect as the first time. Highly recommended if you like the peace and quiet of mother nature!

We had the most amazing stay at Lennarts cabin, and they made us feel very welcome and at home from the beginning! We loved spending time in the nature, swimming in the lake, relaxing in the sauna, fishing etc. etc. Very recommendable!

We had an amazing stay at Imre & Olga’s lake house! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by their warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely serene, quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature with the lake just steps away. No neighbors, no noise—just pure relaxation. The house itself is beautifully designed with a cozy, thoughtful touch in every detail. You can feel the care and love they’ve put into it. Whether enjoying a quiet morning by the water or a relaxing evening inside, everything about the space invites calm and comfort. This is a true hidden gem and perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we already hope to return! We rented Peter's house for a few days. We absolutely loved the place. It is very spacious and clean and the (heated) pool is great. You can park in front of the house and for the kids there is a playground nearby. Peter is very friendly and reacted quick when we had a question. Highly recommended!

Elinor's house was a fantastic place for our holidays with 4 adults and 4 kids. Enough space, big garden and everything you need is there. The position of the house is great, many things to do just around the corner.

Our stay at Ulrika's accommodation was wonderful! You should be aware that the accommodation is not very large. However, everything is perfectly equipped, the location by the sea is amazing and Ulrika is an incredibly friendly hostess. We can only recommend the stay here, thank you for the great time :)

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful sea cabin. The view is fantastic out to the sea. Nice to swim right from the private jetty and very fresh apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Harold and Louise’s house in Lerum. The view over Lake Aspen is absolutely stunning, and the sauna was truly exceptional. The house was spotless and had everything we needed — we were even invited to use everything in the house freely. Getting to the center of Gothenburg was quick and easy by car, which made day trips very convenient. What made our stay especially memorable was the warm hospitality — Harald even took us out on the lake with my daughter by boat. It was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality. Thank you so much!

Natalie’s place was the perfect home base for our girls weekend. Ideally situated close to the forest and the lake, but not too far out of Gothenburg. The space itself was clean and functional and Natalie was very kind to provide us with treats and recommendations on arrival. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area who is hoping to get a bit more access to nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ann Marie’s place. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything needed for cooking—which was especially convenient since dining out for every meal can get expensive. The garden was adorned with lovely flowers, adding to the charm. We appreciated the ample supply of towels and bedding, and the tasteful paintings throughout the house created a welcoming atmosphere. While the location is a bit outside the city, it’s easily accessible by car. We would love to return and highly recommend staying here!

Super cozy apartment but plenty of space. We were 6 people who stayed at the gulsparven for 2 nights & we were all very happy. Walking distance to Liseberg, but we also walked home from Ullevi & thought it was a reasonably long walk. There is also local bus service nearby if you don't prefer to walk. Otherwise, a very quiet & nice area that we will definitely visit again.

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. It was so well equipped, spacious and had a lovely vibe that it ended up being a wonderful stay even though I wasn’t 100% well. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic holiday accommodation, beautifully and comfortably furnished, with a great terrace and lake view. The kitchen offers everything you could need. Nice and attentive hosts in a simply great environment. Rarely seen such a clean accommodation, keep it up!

We were super happy with the place. It was well cleaned and well-equipped kitchen to be able to cook your own food. The area was quiet and it was easy to get into town by bus, about 10-15 min. Would definitely book again!

The cottage is lovely and comfortable The kitchen has everything we needed to cook dinner. We walked to the port which is stunning. And we used the house as a base to drive to the island of Malmön and walk for the day. Everything was perfect.

An absolutely charming accommodation high up in the mountains with a wonderful view through the large panoramic window in the living room. Winter garden, terrace with barbecue, garden and directly by the forest with a view of a lake."Heart, what more do you want!?" The beds were freshly made and super comfortable. The clean towels were ready in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there was everything needed on holiday🤩 We will definitely be back!!

The second time I'm with Lotta. Again, very satisfied with the accommodation and the service. Lotta shows great consideration and respect with an obviousness. Suitable for us perfectly. Very fresh and affordable and optimal for our day trips in nature. Beautiful surroundings.

It’s our second time booking the cabin and our 11 year old dog loved the place! I felt she became more energetic after coming back, her mood is also better ! We also hiked a bit around the area it’s pretty interesting small residential area that’s very peaceful and private.

Very cozy and nice cottage and extremely nice host. Easy to contact the host and she also came and introduced herself and showed herself which was perceived as very nice! Perfect for two people on an adventure🥰

An amazing location next to a small harbor on the most peaceful part of a charming island.

Wonderful location and a fairy tale little Swedish cottage. All amenities are on site and Jolita is super responsive and friendly. We used the rowing boat down by the river and caught 4 pikes :-) One tip for future guests: Caution is advised if you're taller than 1m70 Mind your head in the house ;-)

We had a great stay at Steen and Karen-Helle's place! The house is secluded behind a hill so you are completely free of roads and neighbors. From the large patio you have a great view of the lake. Rustic feeling but with all the modernities you need (fast internet, sound system, smart TV, etc). Plenty of sleeping places. Big plus for the spacious and well-equipped kitchen + 3 barbecues that we could cook hearty dinners in! We thought maybe 1€/wood for the stove/sauna was a bit expensive, but it wasn't that much for us anyway so it didn't matter too much.
