For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
