Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. This is where I live with my two children. For the weekends that we are traveling, I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good fitness. In one bedroom (which does not have a door) there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have a dog visit, therefore I can not guarantee allergic people a worry-free visit. I only rent to calm people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

Lovely apartment in functionalis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with easy distance to Gothenburg city. Here, 3-4 people can enjoy the "home"feeling. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.
