The shower is shared with the house on the lower floor. It's a cozy apartment in the middle of the island. Balcony with sea view and morning and evening sun. Don't miss the chance for a fantastic time on the west coast of Käringön, which has everything you need. Morning gym, tennis, crab fishing and a great soccer field. Access to barbecue available. In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. Located on a quiet street in Sävedalen, you will find this lovely apartment. The property consists of two floors with a total of 5 rooms. Level 1 with two bedrooms and a living room. The attic floor consists of a large kitchen and living room with nice light. There is also a large, fresh bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. There is access to the garden. Close to Delsjön's outdoor area and swimming area at Härlandatjärn. 12 minutes by bus to Gothenburg C and there is a tram from Östra Sjukhuset to Liseberg/Avenyn.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

För paret med ev ett barn. Gångavstånd till allt! Butiker, restauranger och 100 m till bryggbad. Bra läge för dagsutflykter till skärgårdssamhällen på Tjörn, Orust och övriga Bohuslän samt Göteborg. En kort promenad till tåg och buss. Entréplan, en fräscht toalett och dusch samt bastu och ett litet enkelt pentry, ej möblerat. En brant trappa till lägenheten med öppen planlösning och snedtak.
