Cozy modern cabin near forest and sea

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Welcome to our cozy wooden lodge, right next to a peaceful lake, with its own private dock for swimming! Enjoy outdoor meals on any of the three furnished decks. The second bedroom has a bed that's 120 cm wide, perfect for two children. Plus, there's access to a small beach nearby. Stay connected with fast fiber internet. In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, terrace, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cozy shed with running cold water. Note no shower! as well as the West Coast's finest outdoor toilet according to previous guests. Note, the toilet is located in the barn next to the friggeboden, Close to swimming and ferry connection to Lysekil, 2.5km from Fiskebäckskil, bicycles are available to borrow, don't forget sheets! Proximity to central Stenungsund with shops and other service facilities. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations.

Cosy Wooden-Cottage with kitchen, bathroom 2 bedrooms and livingroom at the beautul swedish countryside. Ca 10km to Vårgårda and 22km to the beautiful cafécity Alingsås. Train to Gothenburg is availible in both comunities. Nice hiking.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
