This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

This charming studio apartment has a garden patio, a cosy fireplace and free parking. The open living area on second floor, has one double bed (180cm), a small living area, a dining place and a small kitchen pentry. Your bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Situated in Mölndal, close to Gothenbourg, lakes and nature it's perfect for a weekend stay. A short way to several bus stations and trams. Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!
