We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Zentrale Anbindung an den Autobahnen 4 min. zu Discountern, Getränkemarkt, Bäcker, Tankstelle, Ladestation E-Autos). 15 min. nach Bamberg "Weltkulturerbe " und Altstadt u.v.m. jeweils ca. 40 min. nach Nürnberg Stadt oder Fränkische Schweiz. Sehr schönes Radwanderwege-Netz. Fahrräder, E-Bike's, Motorrad, können überdacht untergebracht werden!

Burg Egloffstein - Felsenwohnung

Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place. The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen fränkischen Bauernhof, am Waldrand im schönsten Gebiet der fränkischen Schweiz. In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

Close to the public transport. The S2 station "Katzwang" is only 130 m away. Free parking on the P+P "Katzwang" only 50 m away from the house. The appartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed. Bedroom 3 with a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed. Totally there are 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, one single bed and also a couch in the living room. There is a grocery store in the main train station.

Vacation home in the heart of Franconian Switzerland

We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

The in the inside renovated house is more than 100 yrs old and is located on our organic farm with a small farmer´s shop. Our home is located in franconia: known for its tasty cheap food, an amazing nature and our historically important and our beautiful city Bamberg. By all means of transport (car, bike, train) you can easily reach city and nature. The self-checkin gives you great flexibility. Everyone, no matter from which culture or country is more than welcome!
