Thanks to its ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a centrally located place to feel good. The bathroom is small but very practically furnished. A kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

The accommodation is a newly renovated guest apartment within a detached house. You'll have the whole floor to yourself, including a private bathroom and a separate toilet. There is NO kitchen. Access to the apartment is lockable. The staircase is shared. Bus and S-Bahn stops are very close. Well connected to downtown and the convention center. The Dutzendteich (Rock im Park, DTM) is also within walking distance of the property.

In-law near Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

The 45 m² single-decker apartment is located in the shunting yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The underground can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and a stop from the fair (20 minutes on foot). Playmobil FUN Park is 20 minutes away by car. Sleeps up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Quiet and nice area, but very near to Nuremberg Messe (Fair / Exhibition) and close to the highway. You can reach the city center by tram 5 from Worzeldorfer Straße and underground line 1 from Frankenstraße within 17 minutes and if you stay in the tram you are able to drive directly to visit the Nuremberg zoo.
