Wir selbst wohnen auch hier in diesem Haus, bemühen uns jedoch stets um Diskretion und gegenseitige Wahrung der Privatsphäre ♥️

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

Das massive Gartenhäuschen ist eine eigenständige kleine Unterkunft [ca. 19 qm] mit WC und Waschbecken, naturnah in unserem Garten hinter dem Wohnhaus, für bis zu 3 Pers.; Baby-Reisebettchen auf Anfrage. Wasserkocher, löslicher Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. KEINE Dusche, KEINE Küche ! Im Haus gibt es noch 2 Gästezimmer. Dort auch ein Gästebad.
