Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. The apartment is located in a former Franconian farmhouse, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful part of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in the Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a single unit for 8–10 people. All guests can use the large garden. It extends into the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen & a common room. In addition to the renovated bathroom with toilet, shower & bathtub there is a second bathroom with shower/toilet. There is only limited mobile reception in Tüchersfeld!
