Besonders beliebt bei Familien: Das berühmte Playmobil Funpark in Zirndorf ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt.

Die kleine, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einer, ländlichen Gegend, die dennoch optimale Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr aufweist und somit wiederum zentral liegt. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich an der Straße in einer 30er Zone. Mit ein wenig Verkehrslärm muss man rechnen. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 5 Minuten nach Fürth in die Innenstadt, nach Nürnberg braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein! Ca. 18 qm Wohnfläche! Bei 2 Personen schon ein wenig eng!

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.

Ein ehemaliger Dachboden in einem charmanten Altbau wurde 2016 zu einem Studio mit Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut. Es findet sich darin kaum etwas, was es so zu kaufen gibt. Über einen kleinen Dachaustritt blickt man über die Dächer von Nürnberg. In dem gemütlichen und einzigartigen Raum fühlt man sich einfach zu Hause und kann die Ruhe genießen. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten das Zentrum von Nürnberg.

U-Bahn Anschluss direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir haben Schlafplätze für 4 Gäste, Kinder und Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Wir haben das Appartemen mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hoffen dass Ihr Euch wohlfühlt.

Von unserer zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Die Gustavstraße - mit ihrem einzigartem Charme - liegt direkt vor der Türe. UBahn Rathaus ist in 3min fussläufig zu erreichen und im Grünen ist man auch in 5min. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht dabei!!!
