Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfert. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in der Fürther Innenstadt, nach Nürnberg sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Die Messe Nürnberg ist 20 Km entfernt und man braucht mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten.

Die Wunderschöne 3,5 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich in der Villengegend von Zirndorf. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 OG Geschoss eines 3 Familienhauses. Die Wohnung umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer mit einer Größe von 20 qm. Die Schlafzimmer haben 1,60 x 2,00 Meter große Betten. Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 25qm und bietet genug Raum zum relaxen oder auch für einen Spieleabend. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist erst vor kurzem so wie die Ganze Wohnung Kernsaniert worden.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Apartment is fully equipped. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. There are numerous opportunities to do something nearby. (Playmobil Funpark, Fürther Mare, as well as the nearby city park) Bus stop 50 meters from the house!

The colorful apartment is located in Nuremberg's tourist old town district of St. Sebald. The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

If you stay at this centrally located place, Fürther Klinikum is a 2-minute walk away. Likewise, the U-Bahn (U1) station Stadthalle Fürth is about 7 minutes walk away. For example, to Nuremberg Messe (fair) you need 25 minutes or 30 minutes to Nuremberg Airport. The S-Bahn to Nuremberg or Erlangen is also a relatively quick walk away. The Fürth city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot via the beautiful meadow. Children are welcome.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups and families. In the living room there is a bed with a width of about 120 cm. In the next room there is a loft bed (approx. 90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x approx. 90 x 200 cm). If necessary, we have a foldable guest bed.
