Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bavaria

Great hospitality, both from afar and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and mega due to the outskirts of the village to field and pond also for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. The direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walkways. Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure! 😊

We spent a beautiful extended feel-good weekend in Tanzenhaid. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was very friendly, reliable and easy. We didn't lack anything. The equipment of the house is super nice and our highlights were the sauna, the fireplace and the super good coffee maker :)! All in one, it was perfect! We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the fantastically beautiful days we were allowed to spend.

We felt very comfortable with Sandy and Rico. Despite our short stay, we were able to relax and unwind very well. The sauna and jacuzzi are of course the absolute highlight of the accommodation. But also the rest of the cottage was very nice. Overall, everything was very clean and as described in the listing. We were also very pleased with the small attentions provided. The location of the accommodation is also great, as everything you need can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Sandy and Rico were also very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. Clear recommendation! We will be happy to come back :)

Quite unique and dazzling ground floor loft space. All as described and more. Super host. Quiet location, not far from historical center and close to all basic needs. Will book again for sure.

Great place to stay in a very idyllic location. We were 4 couples and a baby and spent a very relaxed time with fireplace, table tennis (indoor and outdoor), Sauan and flippers. There was plenty of space, even enough bathrooms. Very good and extensive amenities. We felt very comfortable. Accessibility only by car.

Thanks to Sophie for a great start with airbnb. The place is really great, a huge garden and a total of 4 bedrooms. The highlight is the hot tub. From the accommodation you are everywhere very quickly in the Bavarian forest. A real secret. We'll be back for sure

Super clean, unique house, everything you need, lots of information about activities, clear communication. We only stayed for 1 night as a stop going home. Would recommend!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed the weekend in the house very much. The place looked like the photos and it's in a scenic and quiet environment. Janin was very friendly and she provided us with the most important information. In addition to the great hiking opportunities, there is the tavern "Zum Fun Hirsch" in the area, which we can recommend. I'd love to come back =)

wow wow wow!!, if you want to be fully immersed within Rothenburg's beauty and charm then stay in one of Jen's spaces! unique is an understatement! cozy and charming. we had two families and desperately wanted to stay longer but could only fit in one night. Jen is an excellent host who goes above and beyond. breakfast was the best we've had...truly a wonderful stay. do no hesitate to book this space. we found the beds comfy and everything was clean and perfect for our family with kids.

We spent very relaxed days in this beautiful apartment. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully furnished. Good mattresses are always important to me and I slept excellently here. The historic villa with its charming ambiance is ideal for romantic days in nature. Wonderful walks through the forest, around the nearby lake and at the viaduct start right outside the front door. Samita was very helpful and accommodating. We felt like at home and would be happy to come back.

Timo's place is great. Absolutely cozily furnished and super clean. You felt right at home and could relax right away. There really is everything you need. You can tell that you've put your thoughts and effort into it. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a very relaxing time at this beautiful apartment. It was very quiet and well insulated, felt cosy and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for the train and for exploring Lauf. Andreas was helpful and easy to communicate with. We felt really at home here, and even sat on the balcony because the weather was so nice. I would always choose this apartment over anything I have seen in Nuremberg, and it's not far from Nuremberg at all, thanks to the good train connection. The garden behind the house looks lovely and must be a proper oasis during the summer months.

Very spacious and sparkling clean ground floor apartment with all comforts. The beds are great. The garden with apple trees is cozy but not fenced. Pleasant surprise were the lakes with attractions where you can swim/sunbathe all day for a small fee. Just a pity that dogs are not allowed, but that is the general rule in Germany.

Nice new apartment in a quiet place with an elevator and an underground parking. Beautiful view of the mountains and the big ski jump. Everything was fine, except: - no AC in the top floor, hot during the day, - some windows did not have sun shades or curtains, - low ceiling, - noise from occasional helicopters that were flying too low and too often.

We absolutely loved our time here. The hosts were so kind and generous and helped us to settle in. We spent Christmas Day here and it was such a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for kids, beautiful surrounding countryside and easily accessible towns to see. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

We had rented the house for accommodation from our guests during a family celebration in March. The house was in perfect condition, the location very nice and quiet. The house is very spacious and has many bedrooms and bathrooms. The instructions for check in and check out are comprehensive and if we had read them more carefully, we would not have accidentally triggered an alarm. However, Madsen responded very nicely and kindly to our mishap.

Really only recommended, we were on site for the second time and always very satisfied. Very clean, great communication, pleasant check in and check out.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra and Pit's beautiful home. The house is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts. The beds are lovely and linen and towels are of excellent quality. The kitchen is the heart of the house and we have served for hours with a view of a cozy crackling fireplace. The view of the hills and woods is beautiful and soothing. It really is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax. Alexandra and Pit are the perfect hostess and hostess. They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay. If you want to pamper yourself with a luxury stay in a beautiful area, this is the house you have to book!

The house is wonderfully located, walking distance to Lake Tegernsee. The location is still very quiet and pleasant. The decor exactly matches the photo in the listing and is tastefully and modernly chosen. For our family weekend, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms were optimal. In addition, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. With three car parking spaces, the parking situation is also solved flawlessly.

We booked Villa Steinsburg for a round birthday with my family, with six adults and six children aged three to eleven. Everything worked out great: the family liked it, the beds were comfortable, the piano gave the little students a lot of joy and the small Gleichberg was a very nice excursion destination for a hike that also delighted the children through the climbing stones.
