Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. Our guests can look forward to a small apartment on two levels with a large balcony. It has its own access, so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. Right in the vicinity there is a bakery, shopping and a bus stop from which you can get to Fulda in no time. The hospital is also only about a kilometer away. The washing machine can also be used on request.

Our accommodation is located between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. You'll love our place because of the absolute tranquility at the end of a dead end road. As a starting point for hikes, but also for cultural events in Salzburg, Marktschellenberg is ideally located. And the garden and sauna (for a fee of 40 euros) have high relaxation value.
