The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

The hostel Fuchs und Hase, quiet and charming

Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Modern & lovingly furnished garden house with two terraces and a brick barbecue, which can be used for barbecuing or as a fireplace. There is a 55-inch TV in the guest house, with Internet access and a free Netflix account. The swimming pond is available to both you and the residents of the adjacent agricultural estate. Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
