In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Loft in a historic carriage workshop from 1910, completely renovated in 2025. The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight accommodation is provided. The aim is to realise the most collaborative work worldwide. High-quality furnishings with underfloor heating, box spring bed, designer sofa, modern kitchen with induction stove, wine fridge.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. The centrally located duplex apartment offers stunning views over the rooftops of Nuremberg. The tram (Deichslerstraße) is right outside the door and the city is about 10-15 minutes on foot. So it is also worth visiting the Christkindlesmarkt. Within walking distance is the local recreation area of Wöhrder See with opportunities for walking, pedal boating or playing table tennis.
