J'ai étudié l'EcoGastronomie à l'UNIRIO, le processus chez EAV et la gestion de la gastronomie à Senac. J'ai prAs a chef, forager, and guardian of this land, I’ve spent years creating experiences that connect people to nature through food. I live on this land year-round, grow my own produce, forage wild herbs, and cook only with ingredients from local, ethical sources. I’m also co-president of a seed-saving collective, actively working to preserve biodiversity and food heritage. This isn’t a side project—it’s my life’s work. 30 years of experience I have worked in prestigious establishments on the Côte d 'Azur. I trained at the Paul Valéry Hotel School in Menton. I hosted a rooftop terrace cooking class for 125 people.
