Holiday rentals with a home theatre in East Sussex

What can I say about this special place other than thank you for sharing it with us. We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and this stunning property was the icing on the cake. We were all blown away by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to lots of people already. Thank you so much for having us and hope to come back soon.

Great apartment, fantastic host. Close to shops,restaurants and bars . But still off a side road so quieter. Provisions in apartment great . Very clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Lovely place :)

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in Abigail’s beautiful house. It was clean, homely and has everything you need. It’s a great location for walking to the town centre and seafront and really easy to park which is a huge bonus. Abigail was the perfect host, she had thought of everything, was really proactive in providing instructions for when we arrived and she was really quick at responding when we had a couple of questions. Would highly recommend.

An amazing property very well designed & modern while maintaining a cosy feel , very clean with everything you need and great for a family trip away ,great communication with host don't hesitate to book this amazing place ! could do with bit more info on cooker & washing machine use x

We loved our stay at Sam’s home when we visited during the Brighton Marathon weekend. Lots of modern equipment in the kitchen to enable us to cook meals to enjoy on the fabulous terrace. The sea views are absolutely tremendous from the garden and bedrooms at the back of the house. We initially had issues working the tv in the lounge and Sam was very responsive to help us get it working over the phone. If we had to make a couple of improvements then it would have been great to have had king sized beds and perhaps a better selection of towels. The parking was difficult as we had 3 cars and a couple of the neighbours told us to move but we found parking further down the road so it was no problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay here! Jacqui was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and always responsive. She really went above and beyond to make sure my young child and I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even arranged a mini fridge in the room so I could store snacks and breakfast items for my child, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a big difference for our long stay. The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very well kept. I truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This house is lovely - exceeded all our expectations!! We agreed it might be the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The house is beautiful - great layout with the cinema room downstairs and upstairs with the bedrooms there was a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath (super useful for toddler). The whole place felt very thoughtfully put together. And so clean!! The beds were also very comfortable. The location is really great - near enough to walk into centre. Also near to kemptown and the beach. Lots of great places down near the beach to hang out, especially with the toddler - including Peter Pan playground, yellowave, bison bar. The street itself is also lovely and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and super responsive. Any questions we had were answered very fast! Overall it was a really wonderful stay and we are hoping we can come back to stay again soon

Have just stayed for 4 nights with my family whilst visiting other relatives in Brighton. The accommodation was perfect for our family. Great stay in a handy location with Sainsbury’s round the corner. There are some lovely little coffee shops down Lewes Rd on the way to the Level. I used the your parking space app to park at Sainsbury’s for the duration. The bus network is great in Brighton and I recommend getting the Brighton&Hove app and buying a family saver ticket if you know you can make use of it as it lasts for 24 hrs.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Sam’s place had a beautiful old world feel about it and was right in the middle of the old town. The narrow streets were a bit tricky to navigate but the parking wasn’t far away and we were able to park quite near the apartment temporarily to unload and reload our luggage. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops all at our doorstep. It was perfect for our stay.

The flat is nice and quiet and has balcony overlooking part of the marina water, which is also peaceful and well kept. Easy parking and feels secure. We like to walk so the walk to town was no big deal but if you need bus or cab it’s easy and there is also the Volks Railway along the seafront. Pubs and restaurants in the marina are good especially Bella Napoli and Tavus lounge and grill - Wetherspoons for a cheap drink and Asda too for supplies. I can highly recommend this flat and its location. The agents - Brand Vaughan - who dealt with it were very very helpful and lovely to deal with.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. A great spot and easy to get around. The use of a bike was fantastic too. The garage was a little tight for my 4x4 so appreciated the alternative parking arrangements. Suzanne in the office was helpful with ideas of things to do locally - thank you. Recommend this place to stay.
