Every thing was great .Exactly what we expected we stayed 10 days and the location was perfect. Pub serves great food corner store next corner. Bed warm and mattress great . Close to everything restaurants pubs beach David and Toni Australia 🇦🇺

Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

We stayed here for my sister’s hen do, and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone who stayed, the terrace space was a bonus. It was walkable to all of our activities, very central location. The keypad made it easy as a big group for people coming home at different times too 😊

Great stay in Eastbourne for the tennis. Walkable into town/seaside/railway station really, clean and spacious place, with separate dining area for your big breakfast!! Jon was flexible, polite & helpful. Will stay again.

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from a family weekend away to Camber Sands, and all loved Steph’s accommodation! Great location, with easy access to the beach. It was perfectly located for day trips to Rye, Hastings and Dungeness. The house is really well equipped and the kitchen has everything you could need. Steph was a really responsive host, and sent clear instructions for check in/check out. Would definitely recommend this home by the sea!

Coming from Dieppe in France by the ferry, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Johanna's house which is very cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and has a lovely quiet garden at the back. It is very easy to get to and from Brighton by bus (about 30 minutes to the town centre) every day and to walk along the tracks in the South Downs. Since it is her house, there is everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We heartily recommend Johanna's house!

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

A wonderful place to call home for a few days in a great location. The house was perfect for us having young children with a cot, high seat, toys and books made available there for us which made packing so much easier too. The house is in a quiet location off the main streets but also right in bustle of Old Town. The Gilly and Rachel were prompted with communication and very friendly too.

Our hosts were very attentive and helpful when before and during the stay. The house was super clean and an amazing space for a big group to stay. My friend stayed here previously and referred me and we were disappointed. Great location, super spacious bedrooms and lovely outdoor area.

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

We loved staying at Nicola’s place. The house is so beautifully decorated and nearby to all Rye has to offer. Nicola was really flexible and friendly, and we’d definitely come back and stay again!

Lovely house about 15 mins walk into Hastings old town.. house had some lovely features and really appreciated the fabulous open kitchen & dining area, which caught the sun in the mornings and made for a fab setting for breakfast. We had a small issue with the front door lock which we raised and which was fixed the same day with excellent communication & response times.. would recommend and would certainly stay again, thank-you!!

We had a great 3 week stay at Matthew’s place. The house is as nice as the pictures are and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Matthew was kind, responsive and always checked we had everything we needed, even leaving our dog a little toy :)

We had an amazing Stay at Bens place. The hot tub was amazing. He was very helpful and always answered if we had a question. Great great host and great location!

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

My friend and I stayed at Carl’s cottage for 6 weeks during our clinical placement. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a long stay, from various kitchen equipment, to lots of clean bed sheets and bath towels. When the radiator in the bedroom stopped working, Carl was quick to assess the problem within a day and organise for a plumber to come round to fix it in a very timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the big shower is lovely too. The cottage is in prime location to the town centre and station, within 20 mins walk, or the nearby Waitrose and local pubs which were a 3min walk away. Even in a good location, the road was very quiet and away from busy traffic and free street parking was never a struggle to find. Overall, we would definitely recommend Carl’s cottage to anyone looking to stay for either a short or long duration- thank you Carl!

We had a lovely few days at Taryn’s place. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the space and set up worked well! Good location for wandering around the harbour and nearby beaches and a short drive from the main drag (we managed to catch the carnival parade as it was bank holiday weekend). Thank you for having us!
